The Adult Thomas Plaza was an event that occurred during late April 2024, at the Hobby Center Kato Tokyo store. The event featured many previously unseen behind-the scenes pictures being displayed from the personal collection of photographer, Tadaaki Okada, who visited Shepperton Studios during the production of the show in both late 1997 and early 2002. Various face casts, as well as the 2000 resin replicas of Thomas and Lady were also displayed from the personal archive of Sony Pictures. CoolProps also displayed their replica Bill, Ben, Thomas, Annie and Clarabel models. Various Gauge 1 and 00 Gauge replicas and models were also displayed at the event by Twitter users, GermanBlueTrain, SodorMail1992, LittleWestern8, Gauge1Man and TomyNewAcOliver, as well as a custom N Gauge layout by Twitter user Shigemon1227.
