- In the Magazine Stories, she is occasionally misidentified as being Dowager Hatt. Additionally in the Czech Dub of the episode "Who's Geoffrey?" Dowager Hatt is mistakenly mentioned, instead of her.
- Her physical appearance has drastically changed numerous times throughout the course of the franchise, probably more than any other character. Throughout the course of Thomas & Friends, her eye color changed a total of five times. First they were blue, then black, then blue again, then black again, and finally brown. Additionally her Physical Appearance changed drastically in almost all of the Magazine Stories she is known to have appeared in.
