- Multiple sets of credits are shown, one from The Adventure Begins DVD, and another used for the broadcast in general.
Trivia (Nickelodeon)
- The Television Description was originally the same as the old Sprout default description, but was later changed on March 9th, before the special originally aired.
- The Opening Sequence is completely cut out from the broadcasts, and skips to when the special's logo appears. The Railway Series illustration credits are also replaced with credits that are exclusive to the Nickelodeon television broadcast.
- When aired on Nickelodeon on 12th March 2018, the special had around 880,00 viewers, and 261,000 when aired on Nick Jr. on the same day.
- This special was also put on Nick Jr.'s US website, when it was originally put online their however, it was unwatchable, this was later fixed on 13th March 2018, but only subscribers to the website could view it, the special later became available to everyone on the website, around 21st March 2018
- This marks the first special, or episode, to air on Nickelodeon, in recent times to not be listed as "Thomas & Friends: 'Insert episode title'" or "Thomas and Friends", instead Nickelodeon fixed it to have the proper title of "Thomas & Friends" from this special onwards.
- There are multiple errors on the television description for this special, these include:
- 'Hatt' in Sir Topham Hatt, is misspelled as 'Hat'.
- The special is mislisted as being from 2018.
