- The Broadcast was originally listed on TV as "Thomas & Friends: The", This was fixed on the Nick Jr. airing, but was listed as "Thomas And Friends" instead of the usual listing of "Thomas & Friends".
- The Online Nickelodeon Schedule was changed the morning before the original broadcast, stating that the episodes "Unreal estate, & Code Yellow" would be aired, this is inaccurate, as these are the titles of SpongeBob SquarePants episodes.
- On the Nick Jr. airing, twenty one minutes in, the Nick Jr. logo disappears for unknown reasons.
- Terence's name is misspelled as 'Terrence' on the Nickelodeon credits.
- Originally the Nick Jr. airing marked the episodes as new, but this was later changed, around the time it aired.
