- Thomas breaks the fourth wall, as he is heard humming the 'Thomas Anthem' when he is leaving the construction site.
Goofs
- In "Will You Won't You" Diesel says that he is Sir Topham Hatt's first diesel engine, however this would technically be Daisy, as Diesel was only on loan at the time of his arrival, and was sent back only to be purchased by Sir Topham Hatt at a much later point.
