The Technology Fair

The Technology Fair was an event at Ulfstead Castle showcasing inventions, including one engine, as-well as many other new inventions from around the world. The event was held during the events of the Series 24 episodes "A New Arrival" and "World of Tomorrow". During this time, Baz and Bernie, who arrived in Sonny, were searching the fairgrounds looking for expensive inventions to steal for money, they originally decided on the Amazing-Metal Man, but this invention went haywire after it's remote-controls were broken, so instead they decided to steal the Blueprints for Ruth's Hover-Car, whilst making their getaway in Kenji. The thieves were eventually stopped, and were met with the local police, who arrested them for their crimes.

Trivia[]

The Giant-Ferris Wheel present at the fair, is actually a heavily-enlarged version of one of Stephen's Wheels, whilst the other components of the Ferris-Wheel are actually reused from the Red-Branch Line Coaches CGI Models.
The Technology Fair likely happened around 2019, but we know it happened in or after 2014, as this was the year the special King of the Railway was set in.
The Name of the Blastbooster-7, highly implies that their were at-least six other inventions of the same name, that preceded this one.
Ruth's Hover Car was likely modified from an existing Car-Model, as the one man in the crowd claims "I have one of those!" before realizing it wasn't an ordinary car.
Ruth's Segment Video from "Meet the Characters!" confirms that The Ro-Plane is made out of aluminum, additionaly it is referred to as "Road Plane" here instead.
