The Thomas and Friends Writer's Bible was a writer's bible for Thomas and Friends created after the HiT Entertainment takeover. One version, publicly released by Twitter and Fandom user SteamTeam3211 on September 13th 2022 is labeled as being written in March 2003, but is listed as "A Work in Progress", meaning there was likely a later finalized version with more information. According to SteamTeam3211 (To the best of his memory), the writer's bible was originally written by Phil Fehrle, and then re-worked and expanded upon by Abi Grant.
